House Rules

The tenant must treat the apartment with care and is responsible for everything that belongs to the apartment.

During the stay, each tenant is obliged to keep the apartment clean and leave it swept clean on the day of departure.

The final cleaning is carried out exclusively by the property management. However, tenants are required to wash the dishes, strip the beds, empty the dishwasher, and dispose of all trash before departure.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Blankets or chairs may not be taken to the beach.

The Baltic Sea region can occasionally experience stormy weather. In such cases, windows must be kept closed and the parasol on the balcony must be secured.

Barbecuing on the balcony is not allowed.

The tenant is liable for the loss or theft of the key and transponder handed over to them.

In addition, any items that are damaged or lost during the stay must be reported immediately to the property management.
